You’re part data-geek and creative-freak. Often when attending an event, you find yourself asking “Why?” when you come across a branded experience. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, either way you have an opinion. While debating with your friends over the best Olympic, Oscar or Super Bowl campaign – your closing (and winning) argument is built around authenticity and engagement. You believe culture eats strategy for breakfast, but great strategy for a client sure can kick some ass.
As the client lead, the successful candidate facilitates and manages a portfolio of regional, national, and international clients. Acting as the main point of contact for assigned clients, the Manager will be responsible for client strategy, brand analysis, and project management. The Manager will be tasked to continually exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional energy and leadership to all stakeholders. Working within our tight-knit team environment, the Manager will be expected to lead and inspire direct reports, building an environment ripe for growth and development.
The candidate requires industry leading marketing and sponsorship strategy expertise, brand storytelling acumen and excellent written and oral communication skills with the demonstrated ability to build strong, long lasting relationships. The candidate will be a markedly confident self-starter, able to bring a significant skill set and positive attitude to our vibrant and fast paced team culture. We’re looking to add to our team of strategic, insightful and courageous minds – and challenge our new teammate to be a key collaborator and enabler of continued success.
